Disposal of Old Devices

General information for all devices from Galaxis Showtechnik GmbH:

If your devices are no longer functional and cannot be reused, we ask that you dispose of them separately from household waste – i.e., not in the regular trash – and instead contact us, Galaxis Showtechnik GmbH, to arrange for proper disposal.

The crossed-out wheeled trash can symbol placed on the electrical device also indicates that disposal in household trash is prohibited.

If a device contains removable batteries or rechargeable batteries in compartments accessible to the user, please dispose of them separately. Other rechargeable batteries may remain in the devices; we will dispose of them properly and send them for recycling.

Please also ensure that you remove all data from the old device in advance if it is sensitive in any way. For example, remove data storage media or delete any programming. Personal data is generally not stored on our devices anyway, so there is no issue regarding data protection in this regard.
