We also follow the developments around the coronavirus with great concern and would like to inform you about the measures we have taken to protect our employees and your orders.

We are very grateful that there has not been a COVID-19 case in our team and the environment of the team so far and that we can therefore deliver your orders in the usual high quality without any major restrictions.

We at Galaxis Showtechnik have taken several decisions and precautions early on to protect the health of our employees and at the same time ensure the smooth running of our production.

In addition to increasing the high hygiene standards, additional disinfection possibilities, informative conversations, home office, cancellation of meetings & trips, as well as the division into shifts are also part of the measures taken.

We have also reacted in purchasing. We increased our storage capacities early on and were thus able to stock goods that we need for production. This ensures that we can process all orders.

An important measure and one that we would like to communicate: We are suspending personal pickups until further notice. From now on a collection or delivery in case of repair is no longer possible. Here we ask for your understanding and would like to recommend the shipping route.

We all strive to continue to offer our products of the highest quality and the usual excellent service to our customers, while at the same time doing everything possible for the safety and health of our employees.

We would like to ask for your understanding if, despite all precautions, a telephone line is busy or the order takes a day longer than initially expected.

At the moment there are no delays in delivery, neither at the domestic nor international levels.
