Personal data are data which disclose or can disclose the customer’s identity. We adhere to the policy of data avoidance. As far as possible, a collection of personal data is avoided.

6. Creditworthiness Informative
Insofar as there are legitimate interests on our part (e.g., in the case of a purchase on account), it is possible that we obtain a credit report based on mathematical and statistical procedures at CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Radlkoferstraße 2, 81373 Munich. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to CRIF Bürgel GmbH and use the information received on the statistical probability of a default for a balanced decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. This credit information can contain probability values (score values), which are calculated by scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods and whose calculation includes, among other things, address data. Of course, we will take your interests worthy of protection into consideration.
We transmit to CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Radlkoferstraße 2, 81373 Munich, within the framework of this contractual relationship, collected personal data for the purpose of requesting, implementing and terminating this business relationship, as well as data regarding non-contractual conduct or fraudulent conduct.
